I have represented numerous investors who were sold unsuitable investments and securities, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, variable annuities, REITs, limited partnerships, unit trusts and many other sophisticated and complex investment "products," "Ponzi Schemes," forged investment papers and a host of corrupt strategies devised by crooks. Some investors have also been unwitting victims of stockbroker "churning," mutual fund flipping and "twisting" and managed account fraud and malfeasance.
